So whenever possible I source the ingredients we use at Morston Hall from local suppliers. We’re very lucky to have such great fresh produce on our doorstep. Blakeney lobsters, Morston mussels, Nofolk apples and local wild mushrooms are just a few of the amazing fresh items which local producers deliver to Morston Hall’s kitchens most mornings.
It’s by knowing how to use the best fresh ingredients, in order to allow their natural flavours to shine through, that I am able to create really special meals that our customers expect.
